Pulse PCN Events deliver a programme of free, in-person discussion forums created specifically for PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Managers and senior PCN leaders, held across the UK.

These events provide a dedicated space for leaders responsible for shaping neighbourhood health services to step back, share insight, and explore what system change means in practice. As the NHS 10-year plan accelerates the shift towards neighbourhood-based care, Pulse PCN Events bring together those leading delivery across practice boundaries, multidisciplinary teams and defined patient populations.

Pulse PCN Events are grounded in the realities of PCN leadership and delivery. Content is shaped around real responsibilities and shared pressures, from maximising ARRS roles and strengthening pharmacy collaboration to workforce development, service delivery and sustainable leadership at neighbourhood level. Through open discussion and peer learning, attendees gain practical insight to support confident decision-making and stay ahead of system change as PCNs continue to evolve in 2026 and beyond.
