Advertising cookies

Google Fonts

We may use Google fonts on our websites. The Google Fonts API is designed to limit the collection, storage, and use of end-user data to only what is needed to serve fonts efficiently.

Google does not use any information collected by Google Fonts to create profiles of end users or for targeted advertising.

Swoogo Analytics

Some of our event registration and event website pages are delivered using Swoogo, an event management platform provided by Swoogo LLC. Where Swoogo Analytics is enabled, Swoogo sets cookies to record page views, registration form progress and conversion events, so we can understand how people move through the registration process and where they drop out.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors actually interact with our pages. Clarity produces heatmaps showing where people click and how far they scroll, and records sessions capturing mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation between pages.

We use this to identify parts of the site that are confusing or difficult to use — for example, where people abandon a form or repeatedly click something that isn’t a link. Recordings are reviewed in aggregate to improve the site, not to monitor individuals.

Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields and other content that may be personal, so this information does not appear in recordings. We do not use Clarity to capture information you type into forms.
