Objectives

Pulse 365 empowers clients to deliver targeted, high-quality education to our community of GPs on a variety of clinical areas. With Pulse 365, clients can tailor educational content to address specific healthcare topics, ensuring GPs stay informed and up to date with the latest medical advancements and clinical guidelines.

By leveraging our user-friendly and accessible platform, you can enhance GP knowledge and skills, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes.

Our approach

At Pulse 365, we collaborate closely with our clients to develop sponsored educational modules tailored to their needs. Our process begins with a detailed discussion between Pulse and the client to determine the preferred format, module objectives, and topic. Based on this conversation, Pulse proposes a module title and brief, and suggests potential expert authors or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Modules are typically authored by a medical doctor, usually a GP with Special Interest or Consultant physician/surgeon in the relevant specialty.

Once Pulse have invited the selected KOL to participate in the project, the KOL will have approximately 4-6 weeks to write the module, after which our Clinical team will review the draft to ensure it meets our high standards. Finally, the client reviews the module, ensuring it aligns with their expectations and objectives. This collaborative approach ensures the creation of high-quality, relevant educational content for our GP community.

Pulse 365 modules all include a module summary, lesson and post-learning assessment, and are available in article, video, or case-based formats, catering to different learning preferences.  The lesson component usually takes one of the following forms, depending on the topic: key questions on ‘x’, casebook ‘x’, challenges in ‘x’, or a simple review format, such as ‘exploring latest treatment options in x’.

Clients can also choose to have ads around the module, driving to a website of their choice.

Once live, modules are promoted to our community via an overview on Pulse, newsletter features, and social media – giving clients a guarantee of 200 completions within 12 months.

Upon completion, users complete learning points and reflections and download a certificate for their CPD record.
