We want to share some important updates about our print publications – Pulse magazine, the Pulse PCN supplement and Nursing in Practice magazine. After much consideration, and in response to the evolving media landscape, we have decided to transition from print to a fully digital format.

While bidding farewell to the physical pages of our print magazines is bittersweet, we are thrilled to embrace the boundless possibilities of the digital world. Our online platforms have seen incredible engagement, and this transition allows us to enhance our user experience even further.

This change marks the beginning of an exciting chapter. Through our digital channels, we will continue to deliver the engaging, high-quality, insightful, and relevant content our audience have come to expect from us – making Cogora the preferred choice for advertising looking to attract and influence healthcare professionals.

Our commitment to delivering market leading news, clinical updates, and opinion pieces remains unwavering.

Our final print publications will go to press:

  • Pulse PCN supplement: November 2023
  • Nursing in Practice magazine: December 2023
  • Pulse magazine: November and December 2023

Nursing in Practice will lead with a hard-hitting look at the positive impact of nurses across primary care, including general practice nursing, district nursing, health visiting and nursing in care homes, focusing too on key clinical areas such as respiratory, diabetes, immunisation and women’s health. We will look back to celebrate key articles and cover stories since the magazines’ launch in 2003 and hear from long-standing members of the editorial advisory panel. Most importantly, we will also link readers with our thriving digital content, websites, apps, and newsletters, for us to continue our journey together online in 2024.

Then, Pulse will celebrate its 64 years in print, looking back at our favourite ever issues, will quotes from the great and the good in general practice and health policy over the years. It will contain everything you expect from Pulse, including news, views, analysis and clinical features, but all with a nod to our decorated past.

We invite you to celebrate this milestone with us by advertising in our last print editions, offering you a unique opportunity to showcase your brand one final time in this cherished format. Please contact us today to discuss.

Thank you for your support throughout the years. We are confident that this transition will enable us to better serve our community of healthcare professionals and clients alike.
