Survey shows strong engagement with Pulse 365 and Nursing in Practice 365
We’re excited to share the results of our latest user feedback survey for Pulse 365 and Nursing in Practice 365 - revealing outstanding levels of engagement, satisfaction, and trust in both platforms.
Pulse 365 and Nursing in Practice 365 are free, centralised educational platforms designed to help GPs and primary care nurses meet their CPD requirements. With access to over 380 CPD modules across 27 clinical areas, users can tailor their learning to suit their schedule - choosing from bite-sized, interactive, and longer-form content.
Survey responses highlighted exceptional user satisfaction:
- 80% of Nursing in Practice 365 users and 76% of Pulse 365 users rated the platforms as extremely or very valuable.
- Over 90% said they would recommend the platforms to colleagues.
- More than 60% of users access the platforms weekly to keep their clinical knowledge up to date.
Respondents praised the ease of use and convenience of the platforms, quality and relevance of the content, wide variety of up-to-date topics, and convenient access to free CPD education,

All modules are written by leading primary care experts and delivered in article, case-based, and video formats. The survey confirmed that users appreciate a mix of short-form (0.5–1 hour) and long-form (1.5–2 hour) content for their CPD learning, with 60% of Nursing in Practice 365 uses and 52% of Pulse 365 users preferring a mixture of both.
Findings also highlighted key clinical areas of focus for CPD in the next 12 months, with respiratory, diabetes and endocrinology, women's health, cardiology and dermatology being among the areas of most interest to users.
Interest also extends beyond clinical learning, with the majority of respondents' keen on leadership and management modules. Notably, over 40% of Pulse 365 users expressed interest in content related to digital transformation in healthcare.

About the survey
The survey was conducted online in April 2025 among registered users of Pulse 365 (367 respondents) and Nursing in Practice 365 (318 respondents). It sought to gather insights into user experience, content preferences, and future learning needs.
