Cogora: The Agency – May digest
This month, Cogora: The Agency have successfully supported the delivery of two satellite symposia at the joint ESE and ESPE 2025 Congress in Copenhagen.
With over 1300 attendees both live and online, the client was thrilled with the turn out. In addition, a fantastic 17% of attendees completed evaluation forms, providing valuable insights for the client and supporting future planning for forthcoming activities.
The client’s ESE and ESPE 2025 Congress booth was an opportunity to road test the updated product brochures that the Agency team prepared. The client was delighted with the look of the refreshed materials, calling them more modern and appealing than their old pieces, and was delighted to report that they had run out of brochures by the second day – something that had never happened with their old materials. Fortunately, the team had ensured that the covers for the brochures had been finalised in time to be included on the booth design alongside QR codes linking to digital versions of the assets.
The Agency team were thrilled to this month finalise a key project initiated in Q4 last year. The final piece in a series of five scientific and educational booklets was completed and shared with the client. These booklets are designed to provide clear and engaging overviews of the disease background, associated burden and challenges, and relevant guideline recommendations. Despite some last-minute changes, all booklets launched on time and have been reported by the client to be well received by their target users.
The Agency have begun wrapping up the first part of an important workstream that delivered an HCP Advisory Board in Las Vegas last month, which focused on needle-free connectors, with the key objective of exploring their role in reducing catheter-related complications. With the first draft of the insights report now shared with the client, the team is helping to distil 8 h of meeting and 5 h of interview into a few key messages and proposing appropriate activities to address them. In parallel, the team is creating a highlights reel from the meeting footage so the client can share key moments with their internal stakeholders without having to skim through 8 h of recordings!
The Agency was excited to learn that the two abstracts prepared based on insights from a recent Delphi survey and advisory board meeting were accepted for the 21st Congress of the European Society for Dermatology and Psychiatry. Although the turnaround times for preparing the slides for the presentations were tight, with less than 4 weeks between acceptance and the congress, the team worked seamlessly with the client to ensure that the slides were approved with a week to spare to allow the presenters time to practice. In parallel for the same client, the Agency also prepared a poster presentation for the British Association of Dermatologists 2025 Congress, covering different aspects of the same project. The team are now looking to consolidate all the learnings into a white paper to share their insights more broadly.
