Cogora: The Agency – January digest
Cogora: The Agency have had an exciting start to 2026. Many new projects have kicked off with both new and existing clients, and ongoing assets are making strong progress!

Toward the end of 2025, the team hosted a successful modified Delphi/nominal group technique meeting for a client, which gained expert opinion on how to enable earlier diagnosis of a debilitating rare disease. This year, the team have already expanded on this through development of a poster and associated slides for ePoster presentation at an upcoming conference. The team have simultaneously progressed the accompanying manuscript draft, which they have shared with the experts, following client review. Cogora look forward to continuing this project – in addition to further assets planned with this client – to disseminate important outcomes that could have vast impact on the lives of future patients.
The team’s work with a radiology-focused client is similarly continuing to make headway, with a fifth webcast now hosted on Hospital Healthcare Europe and a sixth being recorded imminently.
A white paper has also been designed and sent for client review. This details the results of a year-long Delphi workstream aiming to improve care for patients living with dermatological disorders. An evidence-summarising booklet has additionally been designed for a client and ready for review. This asset aims to inform on the use of hormones in reproductive technology. A KOL mapping tool is also being finalised within the development team, ahead of client review.
Following the recent acceptance of a key manuscript for publication in a scientific journal, the team will be reconnecting with the client to reactivate an associated, existing business case project. In parallel, discussions are planned to outline next steps for a second business case initiative. These will provide structured questions and considerations for healthcare professionals to reflect upon when presenting their case to the wider institution, to ultimately increase availability and uptake of medical devices.
Cogora’s new projects include a systematic review – involving a collaborative team approach to investigate the literature around treatment options for a rare cancer. Interviews and meetings with experts are also planned within new projects for this year. This will see Cogora: The Agency leading roundtables to explore probiotic use in women’s health and antimicrobial resistance, as well as providing a workstream of multiple assets to explore the gaps in care associated with the paediatric to adult transition. Ahead of conference season, initiated new projects extend to include asset development for an international symposium taking place in May, which will focus on treatment of rare endocrine disorders.
