Cogora shortlisted at the BSME Awards
Cogora has been shortlisted for three awards at the British Society of Magazine Editors (BSME) Awards.
Cogora’s Director of Content and Editorial, Gemma Collins has been shortlisted for Editorial Director of the Year at the BSME Awards 2023, Pulse editor Jaimie Kaffash has been shortlisted for Editor of the Year in the B2B category and Pulse is up for Cover of the Year for its ‘five stages of GP’ cover.
Gemma’s work at the head of our eight media brands in driving audience engagement and increasing website traffic through new types of content and new products such as the newly launched Pulse Reference and Nursing in Practice Reference helped place her amongst a shortlist of eight editorial directors from across different UK business and consumer titles.
Whilst Jaimie’s leadership of his team to deliver groundbreaking investigations and shocking exclusives, leading to an increase in monthly ad impressions and year-on-year print and digital revenue growth for the Pulse brand, helped him into the shortlist for Editor of the Year - B2B.
‘The five stages of GP’ which is up for Cover of the Year was the cover feature of Pulse’s July 2023 issue, investigating GP recruitment, and analysing each stage of the GP career. The issue scrutinised efforts to improve training recruitment, and how many trainees end up as full-time equivalent fully trained GPs.
The winners of the BSME Awards 2023 will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 21st in London.
