Objectives

Launched in March 2024, the roundtable brought together six key opinion leaders to discuss the success, potential and future of digital transformation in PCNs and practices.

Our approach

Our portfolio of market leading media brands has enabled us to cultivate and grow engaged communities of HCPs, with an extensive database of trusted experts and key opinion leaders.

Through this, Pulse PCN ran a roundtable with three clinical directors, and three DTLs from Cheshire, Southampton, and London, to discuss the success, potential and future of digital transformation in PCNs and practices.

Pulse PCN editor Victoria Vaughan says: ‘This roundtable shows the potential of having skilled coders and IT professionals in your PCN which can have a huge impact on how a practice is run.

‘It also covers how the role is being interpreted by PCNs and deployed in primary care and the potential working in this sphere has for practices and patients.’

The roundtable has been hosted on the Pulse PCN hub and has been promoted to our community of GPs and PCN clinical directors, via a variety of tactics, including online advertising, emails, and social media.

Outcome

  • 500+ views
  • 52% uplift in engagement time

The roundtable has generated fantastic engagement and discussion since launch, with over 500 views and a 52% uplift in the average engagement time compared to the rest of the hub.

Pulse PCN’s quarterly roundtable series is part of our comprehensive offering for our community of PCN clinical directors and their teams.

Most recently, the Pulse PCN Cardiovascular Disease roundtable brought clinical directors and cardiovascular leads together to discuss how networks are delivering on this service.
