Objectives

In partnership with a pharmaceutical company, Cogora ran an event series promoting key emerging data relating to the treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma, whilst creating discussion around best treatment practice and share positive experience of use in practice from an international perspective.

Our approach

Delivered by Cogora: The Agency, the events sought to offer asthma specialists, both doctors and nurses, in the UK the chance the explore the latest advances in severe asthma, via talks presented by renowned experts. Each of the three events had multiple speakers, with the chair of each event being key to the local healthcare community.

In collaboration with our in-house Studio team, the Cogora: The Agency began the project by creating a brand identity for event series. The concept aligned with client’s own brand identity but was separate enough to emphasise the distinct nature of the educational activities.

Once the branding was agreed upon, the team developed a range of materials to support the events, including the slide deck and all promotional materials.

Core content for the slide decks was supplied by the client, with our medical editorial team then creating additional, bespoke content tailored to each event that addressed the local challenges identified by the client. It was critical we ensured location-specific challenges were met by tailoring localised content to location specific needs.

Our events team collaborated closely with the client, leveraging their expertise and knowledge to select ideal locations and venues for the speaker tour while managing all logistical aspects, all to ensure the smooth running of the events.

Outcome

The events were well attended by key stakeholders within the relevant therapy area and the feedback on both the speakers and the content was extremely positive.
