Cogora is looking for an SEO Executive with a strong and resilient SEO background to work in our central London office and remotely for a well-established, multi-brand, health & medical business.

We are looking for someone who eats, breathes & loves SEO, and is passionate about their role and developing quickly in their career.

Role Responsibilities

  • Help define and implement the SEO strategy and execute SEO activities.
  • Help educate, train and provide trend and performance insights to internal teams in order to inform their processes based on SEO best practices.
  • Support and educate writers understanding of SEO to improve optimisation and search traffic
  • Planning and implementing SEO strategies that deliver outstanding growth.
  • Undertaking keyword research, topic mapping and intent analysis.
  • Create content briefings, content editing, keyword research.
  • Ability to execute link building activities.
  • Research new SEO industry developments, tactics and strategies
  • Analysis and solving of SEO issues.
  • Involvement in all aspects of SEO.

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in similar role.
  • Baseline of knowledge: a solid understanding of SEO, Content and Link-building as well as how different SEO strategies come together.
  • Knowledge of content editing/writing and HTML would be beneficial
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools
  • Understanding of key SEO tools
  • Experience with WordPress is a must for this role
  • Resilient to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • A medical/healthcare background would be an advantage
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to identify trends within data sets
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Any programming or coding knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential
  • A can-do attitude, a desire to grow and ambition to achieve are KEY
