The proposed NHS pay deal has split opinion among primary care nurses eligible to vote on it.

The latest issue of Nursing in Practice looks at why it has caused such a divide, and speaks to two of the biggest unions – both with opposing views on the deal – to get their thoughts on which way nurses should vote.
