The first Pulse LIVE conference of 2018 took place on 27 and 28 March at the London Olympia Conference Centre. Attendees heard from expert speakers from across primary care, networked with hundreds of their peers and colleagues, and explored a packed exhibition.

We welcomed over 800 GPs from across the UK. Our audience was able to create personalised agendas, choosing from a wide range of topics across seven concurrent streams of content.

Highlights of Pulse LIVE London 2018 included:

  • The Great GP Debate kicked off each day asking whether bigger is always better and should GPs stop prescribing strong analgesics
  • Keynote addresses from GMC chief executive and registrar, Charlie Massey, and shadow secretary for health, Jonathan Ashworth
  • The wide range of topics covered across the Your Practice, Your Patients and Your Skills workshops
  • The debut of Pulse Learning LIVE, taking place during the breaks on the exhibition floor, covering topics including migraine, depression and vitamin D
