Cookie policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser settings. However, if cookies are not enabled, some features on our website may not function properly as a result.

To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

How do we use cookies?

Because we respect your right to privacy, you can choose not to allow some types of cookies. Click on the different category headings to find out more and change our default settings.

Necessary/ Functional cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms.

You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Performance cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site.

All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Google Analytics

When someone visits one of our websites we will use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on website interactions. These cookies are used to store non-personally identifiable information; it is not possible for Google to identify individual visitors to our websites.

You always have the option not to participate and can opt out at any time by clicking here or downloading the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

  • device screen resolution
  • device type (unique device identifiers), operating system, and browser type
  • geographic location (country only)
  • preferred language used to display the Microsoft Clarity Enabled Site

Microsoft Clarity also helps us understand how users navigate our websites by recording user interactions including mouse events (movements, location and clicks) and keypresses.

For a sampling of visitors, our servers automatically record information that is collected from Customer Websites and Our Site. This data includes:

  • referring URL and domain
  • pages visited
  • geographic location (country only)
  • preferred language used to display the webpage
  • date and time when website pages were accessed

You always have the option not to participate and can opt-out at any time by clicking here.
